Schedule an appointment to talk to Dr. Cheryl using your cell phone or computer. If she thinks cannabis can help, you will discuss treatment options and you will receive your prescription. You will need a medical record stating your condition.

Once Dr. Cheryl has diagnosed you with a qualifying condition (see list below) and you have received your recommendation, Dr, Cheryl will register you with CURT.

Purchase Medical Marijuana
Once you’ve been registered with CURT, you can go to the pharmacy of your choice. The Pharmacists will look you up in the registry, and dispense your medication. Texas currently allows for Oils/Tinctures, Gummies, Lozenges, Balms/Lotions, Pills/Capsules, and a Beverage.
Qualifying Conditions
A Texas resident may qualify for Medical Marijuana if their Healthcare Practitioner certifies they have one of the following Qualifying Medical Conditions:
- Epilepsy
- Seizure disorders
- Multiple sclerosis
- Spasticity
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
- Autism
- Terminal cancer
- An incurable neurodegenerative disease
